That had not occurred to me but yes it does. They are both 1/2 C. guttata but this one is twice as tall as a Ctt. Chocolate Drop. Ok, not quite that tall but it's a monster.

I should have staked the flowers. It would have been a much better presentation. There's another spike and it needs staking too. I suppose the breeding has produced flowers larger than the peduncle can support.
