Does this plant always make so many flowers per spike??
When the plant was smaller it had 2 to 4 flowers per spike. It's a large orchid growing in a 10" basket now and it typically has 4 to 6 flowers per spike. In the fall it always blooms on multiple spikes and has 25 or more flowers.

Very beautiful orchid. May be it will bloom twice a year now that it is bigger and stronger.

Nice one, 7 flowers per spike. Is this usual for your plant Tucker or is it just trying to show off for spring!

This orchid can have anywhere from 3 to 7 flowers per spike. Now that it's a large, well established plant, it very often has 7 flowers.

I don't know how you do it, but you always grow the most beautiful catts. I'm going to star growing catts in baskets. norma
