Yes, though it's not a powerful fragrance so does not seem to have the distance potential that other plants may have. So it's a sniffing flower rather than a Aura of Scent bloom.

I can only describe the fragrance as similar to that of a Rose but without that Acid tang, with a hint of a Sherbert like soft sweetness.

Triffid,

I might have to get one. I love the smell of roses. I have a zygopetalum and it has a nice fragrance, but I have to get up close to smell it. It seems to give off more of a fragrance in the evening.

Thanks. The throat Striations are gorgeous, was staring at them a lot

IMO definitely a plant worth having. Although the colours can vary, I would guess the scent will stay pretty consistent (or should do)
