Cattleya mossiae var. semialba
Here's one of my mossiaes. This plant is recovering from a relatively severe dehydration (loss of roots) and the new pseudo bulb is smaller than the others, but it gave a large (6.4" from petal tip to petal tip!) flower anyway. I'm cutting it off now to save the plant. This flower's lip is amazing with its four colors! It really charms me! Hope you like it too!

Great pictures of one of the most gorgeous orchids, and perhaps my favorite.

WoW, Mauro! This is really a beauty!
I have a weak heart for semi-albas, and i think mossiae is one of the most beautiful Catt species. My C. mossiae semi albas havent flowered yet. Really looking forward to that!
Greetzzz

Hey Mauro!
Even your 'not healthy' plants have beautiful flowers! Congrats! Do you have a 'green finger', like Tistu?

Is there any interest in a seed pod from C. mossaie? I have one that been on the plant for several months. Free for the asking. C. mossaie X self.
