Beezermommy - They grow in a greenhouse all year. The greenhouse faces South, so it gets lots of light (I have to use shade cloth most of the year) and fans run 24/7. Night minimum is 60F in Winter and Summer highs are moderated with a fogger and evaporative cooler. Fertilizer is via a proportioner using reverse osmosis water at 50 ppm nitrogen (Cal-Mag) with the pH adjusted to 6.5. That's it!
