Default Laelia purpurata (flamea)
Plant belongs to my parents bought it in bud from a trader. I picked it out by the dark colour of it's bud and we were not dissapointed. Mainly want to know what colour form this is I'd say flamea. According the label it's cross between: Laelia purpurata rubra flamea x L. purp. rubra sanguinea

My Laelia (now Cattleya) purpurata 'Ona M' HCC/AOS. The cross is flannea Kassel 212 X rubra sanguinea). I won the HCC in June of last year and named it after my 90 y/o mother for a birthday present. It is a large plant and the flowers are spectacular.
