Pot. Exotic Appeal

I purchased this as a seedling in 2004 on my very first trip to Hawaii from Exotic Orchids of Maui. It was a gift for my son who was the orchid grower at the time. I have since rescued it a year or so ago. He pretty much neglected it almost to the point of death. It took a year to rally, and now looks to be pretty healthy. This is it's first bloom ever. The shape isn't the best, twisted lip on one flower and twisted petal on the other. Hopefully it will improve as it matures. Thanks for looking!

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. I've been on vacation last week so didn't see this until today. Interestingly the flower color has darkened up to a nice apricoty orange. I'm still liking it. I think it's a keeper.
