That was special - like it! Is the plant also smaller or is it just the flowers?

The white color is very nice. Why are the flowers smaller than normal? Is it the variety or a young plant? Just curious.

The plant does seem to be shorter than the type variety ... maybe a foot shorter at about 30" when very mature.

The size of the flowers does not seem to matter much whether the plant is young or mature. The flowers are 2-1/2" versus 3-1/2 to 4" for the tipos. Of course, the more mature plants have more flowers per spike than a first bloomer.

Lovely!! A very desirable flower!
If the color in the lip is faithful then it also belongs to the variety lilacina.
