Blc Helen Velez x Anzac Orchidhurst
This is a real oldie.Have had this or at least divisions of this plant since the 70's.
It is more sunset tone when the light isn't as strong as in this picture.This is not a Blc but rather an slc for both parents as ferretted out by Dave's detective work!

Should that be Slc. Helen Veliz x Slc. Anzac 'Orchidhurst'? I could not find a Blc. of either.
If that is the case, the cross is called Slc. Adelyn O'Hara
And it is still very beautiful - especially that lip color.

Jeez Dave --I don't know.I've had this for so long that I never even questioned it-- just accepted the tag that was on it..You maybe be absolutely right.I guess I'll have to take some time & try to research it.Thanks for taking the time to do some on your own.  |

Kudos Dave--Orchid Wiz tells me you are right.This is an slc not a blc as indicated on the original label.
