Laeliocattleya "Nancy Degenhardt"

This is my first flower from this hybrid (Lc. Canhamiana ' Azure Sky' x C. Intermedia 'coerulea' 'aquinii') and is registered as "Nancy Degenhardt." I have included the "type" flower for comparison. There is no fragrance, but I like the markings alot.

Nice one, George. Mine has three buds ready to burst any day now. I understand they can be quite variable in shape and markings, so we'll see for sure soon.

Very robust little hybrid to bloom on such a small plant—particularly with Canhamiana in the background, which tends to be a larger gangly Catt...
