Dear Pheli,
It is not a white form of Epidendrum difforme. It is a distinct species. All sorts of species used to be lumped into a "highly variable" E. difforme. Eric Hagsater in Mexico has clarified the species in the group (once placed in Neolehmannia). Having seen many of his species I agree with his "splitting".
Hope that helps, Eric

Looking in another forum I saw a picture of this white form found somewhere in the Panama forest. They may be abundant in this country (I think) as well as in the rest of central america countries (?), because in Venezuela if it exist, it must be a very rare specimen.

Dear Bruno,
Thank you so much for the hint of Panama. It allowed me to narrow my search. The plant in question is clearly Epidendrum trialatum described by Hagsater from Cocle, Panama, in Orquidea (Mex.) 9(2):356. 1984 and matches the color photograph there. The species was also illustrated for northern Costa Rica in Icon. Pl. Trop., ser. 1, pl. 1328. 1989.
A rose by any other name, Eric

Thanks for the information, Eric.
I have to relabel it now.
