How badly do you want to save it?
It can be done because it will have dormant eyes on the old pbulbs and current eyes on the newest growth. The plant will look awful but it is capable of trying to prolong it's life.
If it were my plant, I would put some moist sphag in the bottom of a pot, sit the rhizome on the sphag, put it in bright light, not sun, keep it warm. Moisten the sphag daily and wait.
It may take months but even old, leafless pbulbs will try to save their own life and regrow. Also understand the regrowth will revert back to seedling size and take a few years to rebloom.
If this is too much trouble, pitch it and go buy yourself a blooming orchid to enjoy.
