laelia anceps, active growth instead of resting

wondering what to do now

i was keeping my laelia anceps nice and dry for winter. the pseudobulbs were shriveling quite a bit, so i placed it in water for 24 hours to plump them up some

now, 2 weeks later, there are new roots and new pseudobulb growths...but its only November

should i just keep it dry and hope that it will slow down or just deal with the fact that its in active growth and keep it moist and feed it heavily?

I don't give mine a winter rest, just treat it the same all year, and it does fine. Jim.
