Default Beautiful NOID

I fell so much in love when I first saw this hybrid so I took it home. Unfortunately there is no label that comes with it.

Called the seller again, she told me it is a Schomburgkia tibicinis x Cattleya batalinii hybrid. Or is it?

I like to think that it is a Schomburgkia x Laelia hybrid but I couldn't find any match. The flower is about 15cm across and there are 6 - 8 flowers per spike with Schomburgkia arrangement.

Really appreciate if you can help me ID this beautiful orchid.

That's a beautiful bloom!!!! It looks like it's a peloric flower. Could it have C. intermedia var. 'aquini' x Schomburgkia tibicinis. Anything it is; the flower is still beautiful !!!!

I do like the color of the more mature bloom (purple) and the shape of the twisted petals/sepals are very interesting. Beautiful orchid, nice pics.

I think the cross is what your dealer said, probably never registered is the reason you can't find it.
