I'm going to need them to do a selfing of the C. leopoldii f. coerulea 'Cristina' used in SVO10503

That is an amazing plant. Now I'm thinking I neglected the spotted ones...

I haven't seen a whit(ish) Guarianthe aurantiaca offered before. Of course, since it's a selfing, we don't know what the offspring will be like.

I am a bit confused by Fred's description of of iricolor's fragrance as "floral". It smells like bologna lol

I was impressed by the number of species and primary hybrids they offered this year. Of course none of us really have the room, but I lost some plants over the winter, so....

Maybe he's just trying to sell plants. I've seen other references to iricolor smelling like burning plastic. Art Chadwick describes it as a pleasant fragrance, too, though, so either there is variation among plants or among peoples' noses. I haven't smelled it, so I don't have an opinion.
Speaking of fragrance, I may have to get a Pink Spice as well.

I have 3 iricolor cultivars and all smell the same, but fragrance truly is in the nose of the beholder. I can see where one could get burning plastic. It is definitely a strong scent and it fills my grow room like few others.
I focus on fragrant orchids, which explains my choices (in addition to the fact I have all the offered species in my collection already).
