That's what I thought! But since I started growing indoors. Some things seem to bloom constantly. My Cym. Sarah Jean ' Ice Cascade' has been putting out spikes for the entire year. I think it knows I need to take the machete to it.

Ha funny that I didn't even think about that. The largest plant I own is a big skinneri. It's covered with sheaths but no spike action for a few months yet!
