Really happy with this plant that I picked up from Ecuagenera! They came to Orchids by Hausermann for a festival in September 2024 and I found this bare-root plant, labeled with a photo of a peach-colored flower, which seemed great to me. Nice to be surprised by a color I prefer even more!
This was my first experience of growing a bare-root plant, and things seem to be going well thus far. I do hope to keep this one alive permanently. It's currently in a plastic net pot in pure sphagnum moss. This plant seems to have the nice feature of pushing new roots well before the new growth matures, so it seems like it's an easy one to recover if it has problems?
