Ever see an immature new growth produce flowers? When I got this plant in the summer, the newly developing growth already had shown signs of rotting away. After a few months outside and then going indoors, a new growth started to develop along with new roots. I had just assumed that I might see flowers after the growth had matured.
Not sure! Those bulbs look really skinny for warneri though. Why do you believe this one is warneri? In any case, the flower looks really nice. Hopefully you can nurse this one back to health.
My plant has two leaves per growth, and based on info from the seller, I suspect that the plant is C. warneri x Gur. skinneri. Grex: Cattlianthe Susaniae.
