Here's a few tips regarding the two orchids you just bought.
The Stanhopea you bought grows in similar conditions as tigrina. Do a bit of research and you should be fine. For the Gongora, however, that's a different story. Keep it moist as they are pretty much constantly growing (in my case). miss a few watering sessions and it will sulk for a few MONTHS. Keep it too wet and it will do the same. Here's my main tip for both orchids. keep the humidity up and make sure to provide enough light from all directions. I made this mistake with my Stan. tricornis, and the leaves all came out either as small, or really long and skinny, reaching out horizontally. I can't do anything about it as I can't keep the humidity up unless I get a house humidifier. (the collection is currently in the main living room which is connected to basically the entire house). Keep it outside from the summer and hose it down during heat waves. I'm sure it will work well for you.
