My gongora leucochila is struggling
I have it in an east-facing window, so only morning sunshine. The potting mix (CHC, lava rock, charcoal, perlite, sphag) is slightly moist most of the time. I don't really let it dry out. I'm watering with weak K-lite and occasional seaweed extract.
My problem: it starts new growths, but within a couple of weeks, these growths wither and die, long before reaching maturity. It has also lost all its mature leaves. The new growths start dying from the outside in - first the outermost leaves turn papery brown, then this condition progresses inward in each new growth. Roots, however, seem to be reasonably healthy.
Any help would be much appreciated.
