I just got my second hobbits after killing my first in about two months time. Any growing advice so I don't kill the replacement?

I cant give you any advice because i just bought it a few months ago and it is my first Gongora
I grow my orchids in a "greenhouse" ( a veranda with sliding glassdoors) and keep the Gongoras moist all the time. And give my orchids good airmovement at all times and about 12 hours of daylight.
