Should I water my catesetum?

After the wait here is its bloom the first time and it's scented. I'm watering it regularly. Hope it'll dormant this winter and used to my weather.

Yessss... Beautiful! Water well (Fred Clarke says "Water like a monsoon") and fertilize more than the "usual" orchids. Next fall, follow the regimen for tapering, the plant will likely tell you what to do when.
