Default Bulbophyllum frostii

My Bulb. frostii is in bloom. It's a small plant with small flowers. The plant is growing in a wooden basket with New Zealand Sphagnum Moss as its media. The plant is grown in a shady area and watered daily.

In the photo it looks like the growth is fairly compact (at least for bulbo), is that right?

Also how is the fragrance? Stinky?

Yes, the plant is compact. There is a slight fragrance, more earthy than stinky.
