bulbophyllum lepidum
This one bloomed for me after the spikes practically shot out of the plant... it took 3 days for them to grow 5 inches!
There are actually 3 fans, but one hasn't opened fully yet.
I got it as a "large seedling" less than a year ago... so it's really taken off.
I think it's adorable ... though it does smell like something unspeakable *ahem* ... just as long as I don't get too close!
I'm not sure if they will open any more - most of the pics I look up online show a flatter fan of flowers.
I will update if these cute flowers evolve into something a little different!

Thanks for the compliments, everyone!
It's grown in kind of a makeshift way. I cut off half a cheap plastic pot and wired in the plant with some sphagnum moss. It's hung near a grow light and I soak it every couple of days and fertilize it weekly and it seems happy.
The third fan opened, so here's a couple more photos to showcase the full effect.
