here is a picture of my lasiochilum and its pollinators, I am not sure what type of fly it is if any one out there know, It will be very helpful to ID them.

Cool picture. I found this article, your pictures are way better. It is some sort of fly, looks something like yours. The pictures are not as good but the article is interesting.

Adorable! I think it's a type of bee mimicking fly. And I've heard around that they smell of strawberries

Nice pic! Those are hover flies, couldn't tell you the species though, they are a bee mimic but harmless. Some species are even beneficial in that the larvae eat insect pests.
