We are one of those brave ones to grow this kind of stinky orchid plant....mine is now about two feet long and 7 inches wide with five large four inches bulbs....I have to put it under the electric humidifier with an oscillating fan....
you are lucky to have a terrarium for the seedlings(you may sterilize them physan 20 only once after you broke the glass then let them be on the compote)....these needs high humidity while young ....moderate light and 40F to 80F temps....don't forget to feed it

I would say DONT use Physan 20 just yet, I have had my first set of de flasked kids now tomorrow makes a month and they are growing wonderfully. I even sent one of each of my deflasked chid sets to a friend because they have done so well. Still no physon used but again that is just my experience. I waited a full 2 weeks to feed them as well. Those were the instructions i received and thus far I have only lost maybe....10 out of 45+ chids, on my first set and it is to soon to say otherwise on my newer guys.
