Default Bulbophyllum frostii

Here is this year's bloom off of my small Bulbophyllum frostii. Complicated looking flowers that smell like cheese.

Hopefully it does not smell like limburger. Very nice flower. How many bulbs does yours have? Mine is pretty small.

Well, mine is about that same size, so maybe I will end up with flowers yet! Thanks for the info.

Very nice, when did it bloom? Mine doesn't even look like its trying to bloom, it's also very small, bulbos aren't as big as a dime.

This is its second year to bloom for me. When I got it it was mounted. It took off when I potted it in sphagnum moss (long fibered).

WOW! I can't wait for mine to finally bloom. I looked at it this morning and noticed that there is some new growth on it, but it reminds me of the growth I saw earlier this year that turned out to be another p-bulb.

Do you think it may be too late to bloom for me this year? Mine has 6 p-bulbs, but they are extremely small except for 2 (and I do mean small, lol...).

Hard to say. I have only had mine for three years and it only bloomed for the last two. Mine bloomed after the new growth matured (about a month later).
