Doc, does yours do the same as mine... which is that the longer the flower has been open the further back the petals curl, until the two petals actually cross at the back. Then they uncurl again before the flower fades.

You know Rosie, you're asking an old F@*T to recall something... I have that dreaded disease, Sometimes and sometimes I remember and most times I don't. But you're in luck, this time... as I recall they did just as you described! This flower seems to last a bit longer than most Bulbophyllum.

I can't remember how long mine was open last time and its my only bulbo so I don't really have anything to compare. The spike on mine is growing well just now so hoping I can get my first fully home grown flower on it.

Another bulbo addict in the making.
They have an amazing range of color, size, shape and of course fragrance.
Some actually smell quite nice, while others can smell like doggy doo!
