My guess is that it's either Bulb lobbii, or Bulb Stars and Stripes.

I'm leaning more towards Bulb lobbii.

Let's see if others say Bulb lobbii as well.

Bulb lobbii is very variable depending on where it was collected.

Bulb lobbii can be distinguished from Bulb dearei from the way the petals and sepals curl.

Bulb lobbii has petals and sepals that curl back.

Bulb dearei has petals and sepals that curl forward.

I'd probably say Bulbophyllum sumatranum, or as previously mentioned it could very likely be a B. lobii

First gut instinct, B. lobbii hybrid. But then I don't know that much bout Bulbo's. I thought lobbii sepals curled down, which would mean this could be a lobbii.
