I haven't detected any scent, and IOSPE doesn't have it as fragrant, so I don't think it probably is.

Also, just FYI, the blooms are pretty small...just about 1/2 in. But with 8 or 9 held in umbel formation, it's pretty stunning. The spotting is hypnotic!

Thanks Yvan The blooms maybe small but they pack alot of color. I'll have to be on the look out for this one in the future
