By the way, the plant is not a "she". "It" is more appropriate, as they have both male and female reproductive organs.
There are some orchids that have all male-, or all female flowers, depending upon the growing conditions, but most are 2-in-1.

I have a small space heater in my "orchid room." Just lowered the heat by ten degrees and will do that for another couple of weeks. If they don't set spikes, I'm going to be seriously bummed.
