It looks burned to me also. It could even be a burn from artificial lights. I would cut, just above the green with sterilized scissors. You will have a small margin of brown but, it should be acceptable. I wouldn't even bother with cinnamon as that leaf part is already dead. Just keep an eye on it after that. By the way, Welcome and that is a very pretty phal.
