I'm growing them indoors, in two separate set ups in one room. Temps are kept at 70, humidity between 45% and 50%.
My kitchen and living room are combined, so one of my set ups is on the island that separates them.
For this one, I have 6 track heads that hold LED grow lights from Orchids Limited, and they are on a grounded timer 15 hrs a day.
The phals are on 2 sheets of tempered glass 15" x 4ft. Sandwiched between is a heat mat the same dimensions, which I use in winter. I have a small fan that keeps the air moving. There are 13 phals on this, and all are in bloom.
They are all in Orchiata bark, in clear plastic pots with added ventilation holes. I use K-lite and additional magnesium at each watering, and once a month they all get Kelpmax and Onocucor.
I keep a tight record of each phals watering schedule.
The other set up is across the room in my living room window. East light, which I have hung a white sheer half curtain to cut down the intensity. There is another small fan to keep air circulating.
Again, they are on a sheet of tempered glass with a heat mat beneath, which I turn on in winter. On this I have 14 phals, which all have bloomed this year.
I have pics of them in the forum called my set up (I think!) But I am happy to post more tomorrow. My huge Sogo Yukidian has finally finished blooming (It branched and has a TON of flowers) and I'd like to show it off!! It's blooms are so heavy I had to devise a way to keep the spike from pulling the whole plant down, and to keep the flowers from touching the other plants...
