Lc. Christian Star ‘Aloha’. Repot?

I repotted this in the fall. These are recent roots and are white because their pot is inside a second pot for stability. There is also a new growth starting. Should I repot? Should I put these roots in the media? Should I just leave it alone? I need help

. I hope one of you has the time to explain what to do.
