Overwatered phalaenopsis rescue attempt Female
Angry

My Lowe's does the same thing with the Phals. They keep them inside until they stop blooming, then they throw the poor things out into full Hawaii sun. They don't even mark them down enough - $10 for a plant with all the leaves sunburned.

I have picked up a few that I caught early because I felt sorry for them, but it just makes me angry to see living things pointlessly wasted like that. Either price them to move or put up a little bit of shade cloth!

(By contrast, for $3 I "rescued" a Dendrobium that was _still blooming_ and had just been marked down as a leftover from a batch of plants.)
