Giving you an identification of a Phalaenopsis plant which is not in bloom is truly impossible. The chances of identifying it from a flower are better, but still not much more likely. There are way, way too many thousands of hybrids. Your best bet is to go back to the seller and ask.
But why did you buy the plant? Did you buy it because of some name or because it's a nice looking plant, in spike, with the potential to give you pretty flowers?

I bought it at a store claims they only sell special orchids. They recently remodeled the store and this phal's tag was lost. But i know this store has some cool orchids so I purchased it for 10 bucks. Good thing it has a spike, so I'll be able to tell soon.
For $10, in spike, tag or not you got a bargain. I'd have done the same thing! There's no guarantee of identification from the flower, but if it's beautiful then it's done it's job.
