Arrow Leaf browning Phragmipedilum - Help

I have 2 phrags that until today were in very good shape and flowered regularly, I was away in NY since Sunday February 19th. Now they are browning. I grow them in orchiata bark and they sit in a tray of very low fertilized water. I hope someone can help me with my problem, I'm afraid I'm going to loose them. See attachments, thank all of you in advanced...Zoren...

collar rot, and leaf tip die back. You water, with what kind of water? Phrags are very sensitive to water. I have experienced some leaf tip die back and that made me switch to RO water (I bought a filter machine) and rain water when I can get it. Over fertilizing can be a problem too. These plants are used to very, very pure water, and hardly any ferts.

I suppose what I would do is remove the leaves where possible, move to RO water, Flush the pot thoroughly to remove built up salts, or even re-pot, so there is a lot of air movement, and cut down on fertilizing every watering.

What are the experts saying?

Optimist, Ray said the same thing. All my other phrags seem very happy and I fed them all the same. I will try what you said about removing the browned leave and flush the plant, use Zero water pitcher water (TDS meter readings of 000). I am probably over fertilizing I will back off. Do I cut the spike or just remove the leaves. If this doesn't work I will Re-poty...Zoren....

When I remove the leaves that brown should I cut the phrags spike? I have flushed the plants already and they are sitting in a tray of zero water should I leave them alone for a while or should I re-pot? Waiting for an answer from any one who can help....Zoren.........

I would trim and repot ASAP... roots maybe dying and mix too salt concentrated. Use rain or RO water for a couple weeks. Then flush after fertilizing consistently. Some phrags like wet feet, others don't. Live and learn 😢
