Looking good
Remember no direct sunlight on the phal .. outside light is ok so long as it's not direct - a shady area outside is good - Remember don't overwater it .. don't water it for a good 5 days or more .. use the a skewer to determine the moisture of the medium (explained in my above post)
Your pot size looks right .. many phals don't mind being root bound in their pots .. the size you chose looks right on .. Your medium sounds like a perfect mixture - Let that little leaf fall off when it decides to .. I let my phals drop their leaves when they are good and ready to - if it happens .. that leaf might just bounce back
Also, make sure there isn't any water in the crown of the phal .. that is the area where the leaves meet to create a little cervasse, otherwise it can cause rot .. you can absorb it up with a Q-tip or paper towel.
Excellent job Toki

Hey! Great job with the repotting!

When you trim away anything, leaves or roots dust the cuts with cinnamon. Regular cooking cinnamon
has anti-bacterial properties and smells nice too.

I really stay away from misting my orchids. . .probably OK to mist the roots on top that tend to really dry out first but I find that it causes more harm than good. Better I think to really give your orchid a good watering and then let it dry slightly before your next watering. I'll let the others chime in.
