Default Mini Phalaenopsis with terminal spike

My mini phalaenopsis made a terminal spike, and I settled with the thought that this was the last flowers I'd get.
But then it made another spike, and another from the crown. And now it's made a new spike from the base as well. (It seems to shed the buds, I guess to save energy)

I enjoy all the activity, but is this normal?
It's now also produced three keiki and a single mysterious leaf on one of the spikes.

What's going on with my phal? Is it going to keep making flowers after all?

Once a plant sets a terminal spike it's not going to grow a new leaf from that terminus. Nature's force to live is strong and is causing your plant to make attempts to survive. The keikis are evidence of that, and the single leaf on your spike is likely another keiki. The mother plant could survive quite some time, and may very well continue to produce keikis, though it will also focus energy on the survival of the existing keikis. It's all perfectly normal for a Phal with a terminal spike.
