You could check with Palmer Orchids, they're very closely tied to Sun Bulb so if anyone has one it could be them

Dendrobium Unicum is probably one of my favorite orange orchids.

You'd be surprised to find what Googling "compact fragrant orange cattleya" turns up.
If you are ok with mostly orange but not all, Orchids.com has some choices worth looking at. At least one compact with fragrance, orange and a red lip: Blc. Tainan Gold 'Golden Oriole' AM/AOS. Also their S. cernua 'Note: Possible 4N Stran, Limited' is said to be fragrant.

Not necessarily fragrant but still strikingly colorful, have you looked at dendrobium bullenianum? It tends to be in the gold to orange range. Also several tolumnia are orange colored, such as Genting Orange, Tequila sunrise, and certain Jairak rainbow varieties

Bulbophyllum moniliforme is the only orchid I grow with an orange flower. Very tiny with darker orange stripes.
