Looks like crown rot on the top leaves. Should I pull them off? Such a weird occurrence as I actually let most of my plants dry out way too much this past week and as it was dry and cool this would be a weird time for crown rot. I've been using bamboo skewers on my two paphs and they were bone dry when I watered on Monday morning. Could it be something else?

Also I had JUST watered it when I noticed, so that's why it appears so moist. I had checked the skewer and it was mostly dry even though I watered it two days ago.
