Looks like it has some healthy roots! I'd give it good odds for recovery....

Roots look good but you must get rid of the jar and find a pot that drains. even with rocks on the bottom it will hold in too much moisture and roots will not get air. Make sure to use a course orchid planting mix I can't tell from the photo what it is planted in but it looks pretty fine and wet.
