That's a Den. Nobile type. I believe the ID is Den. Fancy Angel 'Lycee'.

I would water when the medium starts to approach dryness. Nobiles also require a dry winter rest starting from October to February. Water sparingly during this period to prevent the canes from shriveling too much.
