Maybe you could contact the local orchid society, let them know your car situation, and I am sure they would help you!!
You could just contact them and have them inform their members you're selling and give your info, and specify that it's pick-up only. The people in my OS would jump on a chance to buy some nice ones from someone's collection, and I bet the people near you would, too, even if it was a bit of a drive.
