3 new orchids!
I attended the Oregon Orchid Society show today, and came home with 3 new babies!
bulb ambrosia 'fragrant'
Den. kingianum x self
B.Little Stars
I wrote exactly what was written on the tags.
Now to look them up, since I forgot what was said to me. The only think I remember now is some advice to keep one of them "Wet, Wet,Wet."
Also joined the OOS today.

I bought all three from the OOS table, thought i was getting a bargain, but now that i checked them out, it seems the prices were not the big bargain I thought I was getting, But I got a fair price, I think.

Cool. All good choices. I assume it was the Bulbo you were advised the keep wet, though in the heat of the summer, I would think you'd need to keep all three of them well watered.

Yes, it would nice if I remembered which one. lol
looks like that one needs potting up, It is just in a pot, with some very loosly placed moss over it.

Yeah, and hope you can provide conditions to flower D kingianum, there's been posts of cultural conditions recently in Dendrobium with photos of people who succesfully did it. They're sure cute.

Is it considered difficult to bloom? I asked for orchids which are easy and fragrant.

I myself can attest it's easy to grow. It's known to be a bit particular to get to flower (at least for those of us with windowsill culture).

Yep, not in a frost free zone and don't have a greenhouse.
