Default Anyone experienced in Phaiocalanthe Culture?

I just bought a Phaiocalanthe at a show and I am not sure how to handle it. Anyone have any pointers?

This is all I have found so far...

That's very convenient for me!

I just repotted my into s/h last night, so we'll see how this goes! I am glad I repotted because there were some really bad roots and there is a new bulb starting right now.

I'm not sure about their care, but from the links you have in your post they sound pretty similar (aside from needing a warmer environment) to Bletilla Striata, another terrestrial orchid, which is one of my favorite plants in my collection and is very easy going in terms of the care it needs to be happy.

It sounds like you're on the right track, good luck with your new orchid! I'm kind of regretting checking out this thread though, because I might have to get my hands on one of these myself...

Yeah I'm glad I repotted it because my plant had some root rot! The leaves were browning and so I decided to investigate. Bleh! I hope it makes it! It does have a new pbulb starting, so I am hopeful!
