Thanks guys for all wonderful advices, esp for link: The Phal abuse ends here..

Cym ladye/Leafmite, actually, I saw few videos before repotting and in some them guys mentioned to keep air root in air, but yeah I should have burried them in media. Should I bury them now?

You can leave them out or bury the air roots it's up to you. The main thing is... let your media dry out before you water again. Sometimes it's 10 days before I water again. When in doubt, wait 1 more day then water.

Thanks wintergirl. I'll bury them now, because every-time I see them, I can resist myself from watering the poor plant.

If you love to water aerial roots, carry a spray bottle around! I will chime in with others who suggest LECA/ lava rock and baskets / open containers for Phals owned by people who like to water- like me.

Two of my Phals that are blooming now are in Vanda baskets with LECA, with some NZ moss just on the top to add humidity when sprayed lightly daily, even twice daily. Most of my collection is in traditional S/H or mounted.
