Default Are the shoots too thin? Healthy?

Ok. so this picture isn't the clearest, but this is the newest addition to my collection. It is a dendrobium 'lakeview' (Isle x Super Star). This is my first Den. There are lots of buts waiting to flower, so I'm excited.

I got it in the mail today and the shoots are so thin that they need 3 stakes to hold them up. In fact I'm afraid one of them might have bent/folded before I could support it.

All of the dendrobiums I've seen in pictures have thicker shoots. Should I worry?

Thanks
