How Long Will this Bud Take to Bloom?

Hi all! I finally got one of my Phals to get at least close to flowering! See attached pic. The larger bud on the right has been like that for weeks now. Is that normal? Does it take a long time once they get to this stage? Thanks!

Oh my this kills me because they do take so so long. But I agree with Georgiabelle that the one on the right, the big one, should open in the next week or two.

Thanks all! I've just never actually gotten a Phal to bloom before, so I wasn't sure if I was doing everything right once I saw buds!! Much appreciated!

It could take more than 2 months from the time you see the spike growing until the first flower will open.
