Phal. Violacea

I recently bought a flasked Phal. Violacea off eBay. It took nearly three months to get here, but to be fair, it was an international purchase. When it arrived, it had fallen out of the agar (pictures show that it is just resting on top of the agar). Should I leave it the way it is, or should I deflask it? It seems to be too small to be deflasked.

As a young seedling, it will need warmth and decent humidity. What I like to do with tiny seedlings like this is to take a plastic Vanda basket (or strawberry basket), line it with about an inch of NZ sphagnum moss and then set the little seedling on top of the moss (you don't want the leaves to touch the moss as they could rot) and in the middle of the basket (where the air will be the most humid). I keep the moss moist with distilled/rain water, keep it warm, am careful not to get water on the leaves, and when the roots get large enough, I move it to my regular medium.
