As a young seedling, it will need warmth and decent humidity. What I like to do with tiny seedlings like this is to take a plastic Vanda basket (or strawberry basket), line it with about an inch of NZ sphagnum moss and then set the little seedling on top of the moss (you don't want the leaves to touch the moss as they could rot) and in the middle of the basket (where the air will be the most humid). I keep the moss moist with distilled/rain water, keep it warm, am careful not to get water on the leaves, and when the roots get large enough, I move it to my regular medium.
